In October of 2007, Northeast Security Systems proudly announced its Alarm Operations Center’s 30th birthday. Northeast Monitoring Services was started on Southport Island October 1, 1977. In 1986 the business was relocated to its current location in Wiscasset. The past three decades have brought both challenges and successes. The excitement and pride is the same today as it was in the 70’s when a system thwarted a burglar or reported a fire, saving lives and property. Perhaps a long time has passed since the first system went online, but the same standards of integrity, quality systems and the highest level of customer service remain. Everyone at Northeast Security Systems looks forward to many great years to come.
