Our state of the art monitoring center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year, fully staffed. Loss of power is not a problem as generators back up our Alarm Operations Center in the event of a power outage. We can respond to your alarm signal or telephone call regardless of geographical weather conditions or power conditions. Database information is completely secure as is all of our processing equipment. Our receivers are the latest in the industry. We are able to receive alarms signals via conventional phone, wireless radio network or via secure Internet communication.
