Our alarm Operations Dispatch Center is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our highly trained dispatchers have strict procedures to ensure they handle the incoming alarms efficiently, quickly and with our customers well being in mind at all times. We customize call lists for each customer to ensure quality dispatch for every alarm. Alarms with higher priorities, such as fire, panic, medical emergency and alarms that have high and immediate life safety dangers, are handled first. All alarms are dispatched immediately by calling the first contact on your call list and the authorities within seconds of receiving the alarm.

Our onsite Alarm Operations Center is a secured area with access control limited to those with proper access. It remains secured 24 hours a day. Backs up generators are in place for power outages, in our area.

We also monitor security systems for other alarm dealers in the area that do not have their own Alarm Operations Center. We have the capability to monitor systems outside of the state of Maine.
